Job Radar is in private beta. This notice explains, in plain language, what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Account details: your name, email address and a securely hashed password.
Your preferences: roles, skills, cities and sectors you add to your profile.
Your résumé, only if you choose to save it, so we can create tailored versions. You can delete it at any time.
Your activity in Job Radar: jobs you save, apply to or mark “not interested”, employers you follow and employers you suggest.
Security records: sign-in events and a one-way fingerprint of your IP address, used to prevent abuse.

When you import a CV, the file is read inside your browser and is never uploaded.
Its text is sent to our AI provider to build your résumé and suggest your preferences; only what you save is stored.

To run your account, rank jobs for you and explain why each job matches. AI reads your saved résumé and preferences against new job descriptions to improve your match scores and alerts.
To provide the AI features you request, within your plan's monthly allowance. We keep the AI result for that job so reopening it costs nothing.
To send account emails you need, such as email verification and password reset.
To keep the service secure and reliable.
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

Cloudflare protects and delivers the website.
Resend sends our account emails.
A third-party AI provider (Google Gemini or Anthropic Claude) powers AI features and AI matching. It receives only what each task needs: your preferences, your saved résumé, your CV text when you import one, and the job descriptions being compared. The provider does not use this data to train its models.
Our servers are operated by our hosting provider. Job listings come from employers’ public career pages.

We use one essential sign-in cookie and a language cookie. Your browser also remembers a few conveniences, such as your last filters and recent searches, on your device only.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

You can change your profile at any time. To get a copy of your data or delete your account, email us and we will respond within 30 days.
We keep security records only as long as needed to protect the service.
